Hokkaido In winter
Request: The snow was everywhere, the forests where I met Asirpa were always really pretty. During winter, I only was travelling with Asirpa and Shiraishi, and at night Asirpa would set us up in the little hunting tents the Ainu people had scattered around the forest. We would set up a small fire and cook whatever Asirpa and I had managed to catch that day while we traveled. I liked those nights. Shiraishi would crack jokes, Asirpa would teach us about Ainu culture, and I would listen. It was really nice... Sometimes I could hear the Ezo wolf in the surrounding area howl.
